  • Our team is constantly monitoring the weather. Our goal is to get you tested on your scheduled test day. As soon as we are confident there is a weather-related concern, we will work with the department’s point of contact to find a rescheduling date that works for both parties.

  • If an apparatus is out of service, we ask that you let us know at least 2 business days ahead of time and we would prefer to reschedule to a date and time when all apparatuses will be available for testing. Should we need to return to a customer location to test an apparatus that was previously out of service during initial testing, a fee may apply.
